Boscaoila, Putanesca, Vegetarian or Aurora (pink)

MAIN COURSE (served on platters)

Chicken Breast Escallops - in a cream & pesto sauces topped with roasted walnuts.

and

Veal Mushrooms - Tender veal escallopes with white wine, shallots & splash of truffle oil.

Served with trays of Vegetables
